Check Your Electricity Bill Online — All DISCOs Pakistan
Select your DISCO and enter your 14-digit reference number — we validate it and open the official PITC bill portal in a new tab (TimelyUps never accesses your bill).

TimelyUps doesn’t access your bill — we validate your reference number and take you to the official site.
Where Is Your Reference Number?
On your printed bill
Look at the top-left corner of your printed electricity bill. The reference number is 14 digits long and may end with the letters U or R (just type the 14 digits).
Consumer ID also works
Don’t have the 14-digit reference? Your 10-digit consumer ID (also printed on the bill) works on the same portal.
K-Electric is different
K-Electric uses a 13-digit account number starting with 0400, and its own portal — not the PITC system. Pick K-Electric from the dropdown above and enter your 13-digit account number.

The PITC portal (bill.pitc.com.pk) is the official Ministry of Energy system behind all eight WAPDA distribution companies — free to use, no login required. Note that PESCO asks you to solve a captcha on the portal before showing your bill.
Electricity Bill Check FAQs
Yes. Pressing “Check Bill” opens bill.pitc.com.pk — the official Ministry of Energy portal that powers online bills for all eight WAPDA distribution companies (K-Electric has its own portal). TimelyUps never sees, stores, or processes your reference number; we only check its format and hand you to the official site.
Apne printed bill ke top-left corner me dekhein — 14 digits ka reference number hota hai (kabhi kabhi U ya R ke saath, sirf digits likhein). Agar 14-digit number na mile to bill par likha 10-digit consumer ID bhi kaam karega.
K-Electric is a separate company serving Karachi and is not part of the PITC / WAPDA system, so it runs its own bill portal at ke.com.pk. That’s why it needs a different account number (13 digits starting with 0400).
Completely free. No sign-up, no account, no charges — the PITC portal is a free government service and this tool just helps you reach it faster.
PITC can be slow around month-end and sometimes blocks non-Pakistan IP addresses. Wait a few minutes and try again, or try from a Pakistan connection. If the page opens but your bill doesn’t appear, double-check the reference number digit by digit.
No. The PITC portal shows your bill with just the reference number — no login or registration is required.
