Where to Find Your PTCL Details
Account ID — top-right of your bill
Your 10-digit account ID is printed in the top-right corner of your PTCL bill. It stays the same every month.
Phone number — without the area code
PTCL’s search form asks for your landline number without the city area code — just the 7–8 digit number itself.
What happens after you press Check Bill?
We open PTCL’s official duplicate-bill search page (dbill.ptcl.net.pk) in a new tab. You then type your phone number and account ID on PTCL’s own form — your details never pass through TimelyUps.
